This vegan Green Smoothie recipe hits all the right spots.
It’s packed with goodness, nutrients and tons of vitamins and minerals.
On a super busy day, there is no easier quick and healthy breakfast than a smoothie. You can take it with you to go – and you not only know, but also feel, that you made a healthy food choice.

Personally, I love an easy breakfast during the weekdays. Something healthy and tasty that I can just eat/drink while I deal with those hectic mornings.

I also know, that skipping breakfast isn’t an option. Not only does that lower my metabolism to nill, I also get really drained. But taking the time to cook a big breakfast and sitting down to eat peacefully just isn’t something I have time for.

If you know you have an extra busy day, you can always put in a scoop of protein powder and you’re set.
