Amazing Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These amazing soft chocolate chip cookies are everything their name implies. Deliciously soft and buttery dough loaded with chocolate chips.
Servings 25 cookies
- 1 cup (225g) Butter Melted
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups (360g) All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 cups (12oz) Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Start by lining a baking sheet with baking parchment.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it start to brown a little.
Pour the sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter. Set it aside for 3-5 minutes before quickly whisking in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Use a cookie scoop or ice cream scoop to scoop up the cookie dough (alternatively, you can use a tablespoon: 2 tbsp=1 medium cookie). If you want extra large cookies, you can add 1 tbsp extra cookie dough to each cookie.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet, making sure there's at least 2 inches between each cookie.
Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies just start to turn golden brown.
Once the cookies are baked, take them out and leave them to cool on a wire rack.
