Vegan Easy Hummus Wrap
This vegan easy hummus wrap is a super simple, 5-ingredients, delicious, protein packed and oh so tasty recipe. It's packed with meaty textures and full of spicy, smoky flavors.

Servings 2 wraps
- 2 Tortillas Beetroot or your preferred type
- 4 tbsp Hummus
- ½ cup Cabbage Thinly sliced
- ½ cup Seitan Sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet and pour in the sliced seitan. Season with smoked paprika, salt, chili and garlic powder and let it cook for a few minutes at medium high heat, while stirring occasionally.
Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside for later.
Heat the tortillas as instructed on the package.
Fill each tortilla with hummus, sliced cabbage, seitan and top it with parsley.
Eat right away or wrap them up and take with you to go.
