This delicious and easy to make Vegan Cauliflower Tacos Meat recipe is made using only a few simple ingredients to maximise the flavours. It’s incredibly easy to make but the taste and texture is rich, spicy and oh so good.

2tbspOlive Oil
1head ofCauliflowerfinely chopped
3clovesGarlicminced
1Red Onionfinely chopped
1½tbspSmoked Paprika
1tbspChili Saucemedium or as you prefer
1tbspMaple Syrup
2tspDried Thyme
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan and add the finely chopped cauliflower and onions. Let everything cook at medium high heat for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Next, add the minced garlic and stir to combine. Add smoked paprika, chili sauce, dried thyme, maple syrup and salt and mix until combined. Add extra salt if needed. Let the cauliflower mince cook for around 5 more minutes at medium heat while stirring occasionally. Once the cauliflowers are soft and start to turn golden at the edges they are done and ready to serve.
Serve in tacos or wraps with all your favourite toppings and enjoy.
