Ingredients
2¾cups (500g)Fresh New Potatoescooked
2Red Bell PeppersDiced
2cups (250g)Green Beanscooked lightly
2Spring Onionssliced
¼cups (60g)Olivessliced
3-4 tbspCaperschopped
¼cups (½dl)Olive Oil
2tbspApple Cider Vinegar
⅓tspSea salt or Kosher Salt
Pinch of Pepper
½bunchFresh Basil or Dill¼ cup packed
