Creamy Broccoli Tortellini

This tortellini recipe is the ultimate easy comfort food. It's deliciously creamy, rich and oh so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (1 lb) Fresh Tortellinis
  • ½ Head of Broccoli
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 7 oz Sundried Tomatoes Chopped
  • cup Heavy Cream
  • cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Boil the tortellini as instructed on the package.
  • While the tortellini cooks, rinse the broccoli and break or cut it into small chunks. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the broccoli until it starts to get golden at the edges.
  • Add the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Next, add the chopped sundried tomatoes and stir everything together.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped rosemary. Let the sauce cook to a simmer before adding in the parmesan cheese.
    Stir until the cheese is melted.
  • Next, add the cooked and drained tortellinis to the sauce and carefully stir everything together until the tortellini is completely covered with sauce.
    Serve hot and enjoy.
