2packages(1 lb) Fresh Tortellinis
½Head of Broccoli
3clovesGarlicMinced
7ozSundried TomatoesChopped
1¼cupHeavy Cream
⅓cupGrated Parmesan
1tbspFresh RosemaryChopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Pepper
1tbspOlive Oil
Instructions
Boil the tortellini as instructed on the package.
While the tortellini cooks, rinse the broccoli and break or cut it into small chunks. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the broccoli until it starts to get golden at the edges.
Add the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper. Next, add the chopped sundried tomatoes and stir everything together.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped rosemary. Let the sauce cook to a simmer before adding in the parmesan cheese.
Stir until the cheese is melted.
Next, add the cooked and drained tortellinis to the sauce and carefully stir everything together until the tortellini is completely covered with sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy.
