Amazing Fruit Salad with apples, grapes and plums (vegan)

This amazing vegan fruit salad with apples, grapes and plums is addictively delicious. It tastes almost like dessert, but it’s actually loaded with vitamins and healthy nutrients. I might as well call this fruit salad a skin renewal health and immune system boosting salad. 
There’s no official salad dressing in this easy fruit salsa salad, because the fruits have so much flavour in them already that they really just need that sharpness from the lemon juice and the spiciness from the sweet and sour chilli sauce. You won’t believe how delicious and full of flavours  and crunchy textures this salsa salad is until you try it. Yum.

  • cups Seedless Grapes Cut into quarters
  • 2 Apples Diced
  • 5 Plums Pits removed and diced
  • 2 Spring Onions Chopped
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 5 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all the fruits together in a bowl and drizzle olive oil, lemon juice and sweet and sour chilli sauce on top.
  • Season with salt and add the fresh parsley. Mix everything together and top with pumpkin seeds. 
    Serve and enjoy.
