Instructions

How to make homemade pumpkin spice mix blend

  • Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl or jar.
Mix to combine all the spices completely and store them in a sealed jar.

Making the PSL

  • Grab a freshly brewed Cup of strong coffee, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree.
  • Next, add milk to a pot along with pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin purée, vanilla, and syrup, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk or stir to combine everything into a creamy drink, but don’t let it come to a boil.
  • Now, pour the coffee into the hot milk and whisk to combine. Once it’s a creamy warm latte, pour the drink into cups and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
    Enjoy.

Notes

You can store the leftover pumpkin coffee in the refrigerator and reheat it later.
Just add the whipped cream right before serving.
