Amazing Easy Vegan BBQ Corn Ribs

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Serving Size 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn Cobs
  • 4-6 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut each corn cob carefully into four equal pieces down the length (note: I find it easiest to cut the corn cobs while they are standing upright. Just be careful you don’t cut yourself). 
  • Brush the corn bobs with BBQ sauce and season with salt. 

Cooking in an air fryer

  • Place the seasoned corn ribs in an air fryer and cook them at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside. 
    Serve with a drizzle of sauce on top and enjoy.

Cooking in the oven

  • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the seasoned Corn Ribs on the baking sheet and cook them in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the ribs are crispy on the outside. 
    Serve with a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top and enjoy.

Cooking on the grill

  • Heat the grill or barbecue and place the corn ribs on the grill. Grill the vegan ribs for 5-10 minutes, turning them over halfway through, until the ribs are crispy on the outside. 
    Serve with a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top and enjoy.
