  • 1 cup (150g) diced bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • 1 cup (150g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup (100g) diced red onion
  • 1 cup (100g) sliced black olives
  • 2 cups (200g) vegan shredded cheese
  • 1 packet (1oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup 240ml salsa
  • 1 bag (200g) vegan Doritos or taco shells crushed

For Garnish:

  • Fresh cilantro chopped
  • Avocado sliced
  • Vegan sour cream
