Ingredients
3Ripe Avocados
1smallOnionwhite or red onion works best
1largeTomato
3clovesGarlicfinely chopped
2-3tbspLemon Juice or Lime Juice
1handful Fresh Cilantro or Fresh Basilchopped (optional)
½tsp Saltmore to taste if necessary
1Jalapeno Pepperseed removed (optional)
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a bowl.
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or use a blender to mash it extra creamy.
Dice the tomato and onion and add them to the bowl. Make them smaller or bigger pieces depending on the chunky texture you prefer. Finely chop the garlic and add to the bowl.
Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper and finely chop it. Add it to the bowl.Squeeze the lime over the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together until well combined. Serve with soft tacos or crunchy loaded nachos and enjoy.
