Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120g) All Purpose Flour or gluten-free all purpose flour
  • cup (3.5dl) Almond Milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  • Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl the skillet to spread the batter evenly.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook for another minute or until cooked through.Repeat until all the batter is used up.
    Serve with your favorite fillings, such as fresh fruit, nut butter, or vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!

Notes

How much Matcha Powder to add to matcha crepes?
Just add 1.5 tablespoon Matcha Powder (add ½ tablespoon more for extra flavour) to a crepes recipe for 4 people.
