Ingredients
4-5ApplesPits removed, cut into wedges
1½cupBreadCut into cubes, any type of bread works
4tbspBrown Sugar
1tspGround Cinnamon
½tspVanilla Powderor 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1cupAlmond Milkor plant milk of your choice
3tbspVegan Butteror coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add the apple wedges and bread cubes to a baking pan (approximately “9x13”).
Generously sprinkle brown sugar, vanilla powder, and cinnamon on top (leave a tablespoon brown sugar to sprinkle on right before baking). Mix everything together and gently pour almond milk over the bread pudding so the bread can soak up the milk. Cut or rip the butter into smaller pieces and haphazardly sprinkle them over the panettone.
Top with the last tablespoon brown butter and bake the pudding for around 20-minutes or until the bake is golden and crispy on top.
Let the pudding cool 5 minutes before serving.Serve with a dollop of creamy dairy-free yogurt and enjoy.
