Ingredients
- 3 Pears Sliced
- 2 cups Baby Kale Chopped
- 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- ¼ cup Toasted Walnuts
- 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped
Dressing
- 1 tbsp Sweet Mustard Vegan
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Juice from ½ Lemon
