Ingredients

Ingredients to make vegan golden milk chai latte with dry mix golden milk powder - just add water way

  • 2 tbsp Plant Milk Powder (I like to use dried coconut milk powder)
  • tsp Ground Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Finely Ground Chai Tea chai tea powder or finely ground chai tea leaves
  • 2-3 cups Hot Water
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil optional

Ingredients to make creamy plant-based dairy-free golden milk chai latte 

  • 2-3 cups Unsweetened Cashew Milk or Almond Milk or other plant milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • tsp Ground Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ginger Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Finely Ground Chai Tea chai tea powder or finely ground chai tea leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil optional

Instructions

How to make vegan golden milk chai latte with dry mix golden milk powder - the just add water way

  • In a small mixing bowl, pour in plant milk powder, ground turmeric, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, finely ground black pepper, and chai tea powder. Use a spoon to mix the spices until everything is evenly distributed. 
  • Pour 3-4 teaspoons of the golden milk powder into a mug and pour hot water over it. Use a spoon to mix and allow the tea a few minutes to rest. Add a spoonful of coconut oil for extra creaminess and drink right away. Enjoy.

How to make easy creamy 5-minutes dairy free golden milk chai tea latte

  • Add plant milk, maple syrup, all the ground spices, pepper, and ground chai tea powder to a pot. Stir to combine and warm up at medium heat while stirring. 
  • Once the golden milk is hot (should be 4-5 minutes), turn off the heat and add more maple syrup if needed. You can also add more turmeric, ginger, or pepper for extra spice. 
    Pour into two cups and add a spoonful of coconut oil (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy.
