Ingredients

British Cake Spice Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp (8g) ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp (4g) ground allspice
  • 2 ¾ tsp (6g) ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp (2g) ground cloves
  • 1 tsp (2g) ground ginger
  • 1 tsp (2g) ground coriander

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the spices until evenly mixed.
  • Transfer the blend to an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dark place for up to several months.

Notes

Yields: Approximately ¼ cup (about 24g) of Mixed Spice.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
