Elite Seasoning Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon (7g) smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (10g) sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon (6g) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon (8g) chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon (8g) chipotle powder (or substitute with chili powder)

  • 1 tablespoon (6g) lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (3g) garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
  • Use the seasoning immediately, or let it sit uncovered on your counter for 1 day to allow the lime zest to dry slightly.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar or container for storage.
  • Sprinkle generously on elotes, grilled dishes, or any recipe that needs a smoky, zesty kick. Enjoy!

Notes

Stored properly in an airtight container, this seasoning stays fresh for up to 6 months.
If using fresh lime zest, ensure it’s completely dry before storing to prevent spoilage.
