  • 1-2 packs Frozen croissant dough or crescent rolls
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter optional
  • Optional: filling of your choice (e.g. chocolate chips, jam, etc.)

Instructions

Easy way to make air fryer croissants and air fryer crescent rolls

  • Preheat your air fryer to 330 degrees F (Fahrenheit) for 3 minutes before cooking.
  • Open the can of croissant dough and separate into triangles. If using a filling, place a small amount (about 1 tablespoon) onto each triangle.
    Note: You can use your favorite cheese as filling and make it into a cheese croissant, stuff it with jam for a delicious jam croissant, or add a piece of chocolate to make it delicious air fryer chocolate croissants. You can also fill it with a tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread  or cream cheese to make it a tasty treat.
  • Starting with the widest end of the triangle, roll the dough up towards the point.
    Brush each croissant with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
    Place the croissant dough or crescent rolls in the air fryer basket or on the oven tray.
  • If using frozen croissant dough, place the frozen croissants upright in the air fryer basket, spacing them 2" apart for uniform browning. If using crescent rolls, simply place them in the basket or on the tray.
  • Cook the croissants or crescent rolls in the air fryer for 7-10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking time. The exact cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model, so be sure to keep an eye on them.
  • If desired, brush the fresh croissants with melted butter before serving.
