  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/3 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Optional Garnish:

  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 handful Mint leaves chopped
