  • 10 sheets of nori seaweed sushi nori can work fine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes
  • Optional: Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

    Seaweed snacks Preparation:

    • - Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) if using the oven method. If using the air fryer, preheat it to 300°F (150°C).
