For the vegan cheese Pizza Dough:
- 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (240ml) warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet or 7g)
For the plant based Pizza Sauce:
- 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
Vegan pizza Toppings:
- 1 cup (120g) vegan Mozzarella cheese (or your preferred Plant-based shredded cheese - as desired)
- 1 cup (120g) vegan cheddar cheese grated - (or your preferred Plant-based shredded cheese - as desired)
- Your favorite veggies e.g., bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, mushrooms
