  • 1 cup (150g) chopped bok choy
  • 1/2 cup (75g) shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a pot, sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil.
  • Add mushrooms, bok choy, and carrots; cook until slightly tender.
