Ingredients
2Ripe Avocados
1largeTomatoI like red tomatoes, but green tomatoes also work
1smallOnionwhite onion or red onion works best, but shallots can also work
1Jalapeno Pepper
2-3tbspLemon Juice or Lime Juice
½tspSalt
¼tspGround Black Pepper
1handfulFresh Cilantro or Fresh Basiloptional
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a bowl.
Cut or peel the mango and cut off the mango flesh, discarding the pit. Dice the mango, tomato, and onion and add them to the bowl. Make them smaller or bigger pieces depepnding on the chunky texture you prefer.
Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper and finely chop it. Add it to the bowl.Squeeze the lime over the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together until well combined. Serve with soft tacos or crunchy loaded nachos and enjoy
