Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coarsely ground coffee
  • 3 cups Cold Water
  • Ice Cubes as many as you like (I like 5 in my coffee)
  • Milk (regular or dairy free) (optional)
  • Natural Sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the coarsely ground coffee to a large jar or pitcher.
  • Pour 3 cups of cold water over the coffee grounds, stirring gently to ensure all the grounds are evenly moistened
  • Cover the jar or pitcher and let sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
  • Once the coffee has steeped, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the coffee grounds.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cold coffee over the ice.
    If you like, add milk or cream to taste.
    Sweeten with your preferred sweetener, stirring to combine.
    Your delicious iced coffee is now ready to enjoy!

Notes

Calories are calculated based on you adding a little plant based milk. If you make your coffee without milk and sweetener, it will contain almost zero calories.
