Day 1 Ingredients:

  • 1 Orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 Banana ripe and peeled
  • 1 cup (65g) Kale stems removed
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • ½ cup (120ml) Almond Milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup (120ml) Coconut Water
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds optional
  • 1 cup (240g) Ice Cubes

Day 2 - 10 day detox smoothie recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 Mango peeled and pitted
  • ½ Banana ripe and peeled
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek Yogurt unsweetened, or soy yogurt
  • ½ cup (15g) Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 cup (240ml9 Coconut Water
  • 1 cup (240g) Ice Cubes

Day 3: Green Goddess Detox Smoothie:

  • 1 cup (65g) Kale stems removed
  • 1/2 Cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 Green Apple cored and chopped
  • 1 Lemon peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup (120ml) Coconut Water
  • ½ cup (120ml) Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup (240g) Ice Cubes
