Ingredients

Avocado with condensed milk dessert ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado - about 150g
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk - 20–40g - vegan option: use vegan sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice - about 120g
  • 1-2 tbsp Optional: splash of non-dairy milk - about 15–30ml

How to make Filipino avocado dessert:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh while it’s still in the skin. Scoop the diced avocado into a bowl.
  • Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk or vegan condensed milk over the avocado. Add a splash of non-dairy milk if you’d like, and stir everything together until well combined.
  • Add the crushed ice and mix until the ice starts to melt slightly, helping to chill the dessert and give it a smoother texture. Enjoy immediately!
