  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) plant-based milk (such as almond or soy milk)
  • 3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or fresh basil optional
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast Optional

For the Vegan Chicken and Vegetables:

  • 2 cups (400 grams) vegan plant-based chicken substitute diced diced - you can use your favorite vegetarian chicken such as soy curls, tofu, oyster mushrooms etc
  • 1 cup (150 grams) carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup (150 grams) green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup (150 grams) green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
