1Pizza Dough
3tbspNon-Dairy Butter
3clovesGarlicFinely chopped
Pinch of salt
2tbspVegan Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the rolled out pizza dough on the lined baking trey and set aside.
Next, melt the non-dairy butter in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic. Let the garlic and butter cook for 2 minutes at medium high heat while stirring occasionally.
Next, use a spoon to spread the butter/garlic mixture evenly over the pizza dough, making sure to spread it all the way to the edges. Season with salt and sprinkle Vega parmesan over the garlic bread (optional).
Bake the garlic bread in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the bread starts to turn golden at the edges. Remove from the oven and set aside to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into 1-inch slices. Serve and enjoy.
