  • 1 tablespoon White sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or add more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon White sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro or mint leaves for garnish

How to make Din Tai Fung cucumber salad

    Prepare the Cucumbers:
