Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (400g) Edamame Beans Ready to use
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Cold Water
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Tahini or any nut butter like peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3-5 Sun dried Tomatoes Chopped
  • Pinch of Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Add the peeled edamame beans to a food processor (or use a bowl and a hand blender). Pour in the olive oil and water and process until the beans are creamy and has that hummus consistency. 
  • Next, add all the rest of the ingredients and stir together to combine. 
    Add extra salt if needed and serve.
    Enjoy.
