Mochi ice cream recipe without rice flour Ingredients:
For the Mochi Dough:
- 1 cup (120g) Tapioca flour (also known as tapioca starch)
- 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Water
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Coconut Milk (or your choice of milk)
- Cornstarch or potato starch for dusting
- Food coloring optional
For the Filling:
- 12 small scoops of your favorite ice cream (regular or vegan) about 1-2 tablespoons for each mocha
- Additional powdered sugar for dusting
