  • 2 tablespoons (16g) chili powder (mild or spicy based on your preference)
  • 2 teaspoons (4g) ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons (4g) finely ground star anise
  • 3 teaspoons (9g) garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons (8g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) ground white pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon (0.8g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (0.3-0.6g) cayenne powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) salt

Instructions
