  • 1 tbsp feta cheese crumbles - 15g– Vegan option: crumbled tofu (15g) + ½ tsp crushed nutritional yeast (1.5g)
  • ¼ cup emerald greens or spinach - 15g
  • 4 peppadew peppers - sliced (about 30g)
  • 3-4 thin slices of red onion - 15g
  • 3-4 thin tomato slices - 40-50g
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber - 15g
  • ¼ tsp salt - more to taste if needed
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper - more to taste if needed

  • Spread a thick layer of hummus on each slice of the bread.
