Quick and Simple Vegan Dressing

This dressing is so easy and simple to make, yet it tastes like a mouthful of heaven. Use it to dip your veggies or chips in, or use it as a sauce - the possibilities are endless.
Serving Size 1 Person

Ingredients

  • 2 Coconut Yoghurt (or sour cream if you're not vegan)
  • Spring Onions Finely Chopped
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Chop the spring onions finely and put all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix everything together and add a little extra salt if needed. 
    Keep cool until serving.
