2-3ZucchinisRinsed and diced
1LeekRinsed and sliced
3clovesGarlicFinely chopped
2tbspSoy Sauce or TamariUse Tamari Sauce for Gluten-free version
½tspSea salt or Kosher Salt
2tbspSweet Chili Sauce
2tbspSesame Seeds
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan or wok and add the diced zucchini and leeks. Let the veggies cook at medium-high heat for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally until the leeks start to soften.
