How to fry zucchini

Frying zucchini is easy…like, absolutely no-skills required straightforward. If you can heat a frying pan and cut zucchini into cubes then you can cook this easy Japanese Zucchini Dish. 

Just heat olive oil in a frying pan or wok and add the diced zucchini and leeks. Let the veggies cook at medium-high heat for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally until the leeks start to soften.

Next, add the minced garlic to the pan and season with salt and soy sauce. Top with the sesame seeds and mix everything together. Turn the heat down to a simmer and finally drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine everything. Add more salt if needed and your delicious zucchini salad is ready to eat.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Zucchinis Rinsed and diced
  • 1 Leek Rinsed and sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari Use Tamari Sauce for Gluten-free version
  • ½ tsp Sea salt or Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
