3poundsPotatoesScrubbed or peeled
3tbspMaple Syrup
3tbspSesame Seeds
1tspSea salt or Kosher Salt
1tspDried Basil
1tspGround Coriander
Pinch of Pepper
1bunchFresh BasilChopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Cut the rinsed potatoes into halves and toss them together with olive oil and salt and pepper.Pour the potatoes onto the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.Once the potatoes are baked, remove them from the oven.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the sesame seeds. Let the sesame seeds cook for 1 minute before adding the maple syrup. Pour in the baked potatoes and season with salt, basil, and coriander.
