Vegan Holiday oven roasted potatoes recipe

These easy vegan sticky maple syrup and sesame seeds coated fluffy roasted potatoes are a family favourite for the holidays. I could eat these delicious sticky and crispy potatoes every single day, but they are a returning request for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. And I can’t say that I mind that everyone adores these potatoes as much as I do, because I would happily make them every day.

What potatoes should I use for making oven-roasted potatoes?

You can use any type of potatoes you prefer. Yukon gold potatoes are always great, but any type will work well in this recipe. I’m partial to using smaller potatoes in this recipe because they become more crispy and can soak up more of the sesame maple syrup coating.
