  • High-speed blender or food processor 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cashew Nuts Roasted
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder or 2 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Sea salt or Kosher Salt
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • cup Cold Water

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until the queso is creamy and everything is combined.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving.
