  • 4 cups vegetable broth 1 liter
  • 1 cup green lentils 200 grams
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Mashed Potatoes:

  • 2 cups (450g) peeled and chopped potatoes
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter (30g)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
