Quick cooking hack

If you’re in a hurry and want to make dinner as quickly as possible, you can always buy ready to use cauliflower rice from the store. It works just as well and will cut about 5 minutes of prep time off of the cooking time (plus save a little extra time in cleaning).

Although I like to make my own cauliflower rice and freeze it for later, I have been known to grab an emergency ready made bag at the grocery store on a few occasions where even the thought of spending 5 minutes extra with the food processor seemed like too much work. It worked just as well as chopping my own cauliflower rice, so if you’re in a hurry don’t feel embarrassed to take the easy road to vegan cauliflower bliss.

To make this vegan tacos meat extra delicious and add a decadent flavour try adding 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast to the recipe. It will add extra cheesy flavour, plus lots of extra vitamins.
