- Heat olive oil in a large pan and add the crushed and chopped tomatoes, beans and garlic. Stir together and bring to a simmer before adding the spices and lemon juice. Let the dish cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally until the sauce starts to thicken a little. Finally add the chopped basil and stir together to combine. Add extra salt and spices if needed and serve. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 can Canned chopped Tomatoes
- 1 can Kidney Beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
- Juice from ½ Lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil chopped
