Peanut Butter Nice Cream

This Peanut Butter Nice Cream has to be one of my current favorite vegan desserts. It’s no secret that I’m a HUGE ice cream fan – I’m sure it lead to serious concerns for the Ben & Jerry’s Franchise when I became a plant eater.

However, it also meant I had to give up my number one love. It quickly led to me scouring the web for ideas on vegan ice cream options, and I was so relieved when I found Nice Cream.

I will admit I was pretty skeptical at first – let’s face it, if you’re a serious ice cream fanatic, vegan ice cream just isn’t quite the same. But, that being said, it’s still pretty good in it’s own right.
And, to be honest, I will take any ice cream I can get (yes, I need to join Ice cream Anonymous, I know).

This vegan Peanut Butter Nice Cream is so good it almost makes me forget about the real deal.
It’s super creamy, nutty and tastes so rich. And if you love peanut butter, you’re definitely going to love this recipe.

Why do I love this recipe:

  • It’s so easy to make
  • Get ready for creamy deliciousness
  • It’s super healthy
  • Unlike real ice cream, Nice Cream is loaded with vitamins and minerals

Nice Cream is one of those things that’s so easy to make, it almost doesn’t seem possible that it should be so good. The secret to a great Nice Cream is having a strong blender. It needs to be able to deal with the frozen banana chunks, but once you have a blender that can do that, you’re all set for one of the greatest vegan desserts.

I suggest always having frozen banana slices in your freezer. That way you can make Nice Cream whenever you feel like it.

You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter as you prefer. I like to use crunchy peanut butter and sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top before serving.
