  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
  • ¼ cup Water

  • 1 tbsp Chives Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Brown Rice Flour

  • 1 head Broccoli Broken into florets
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers Diced
  • 2 Spring Onions Chopped
  • ½ cup (120ml) Teriyaki Sauce

  • 2 cups (400g) Jasmine Rice
  • 1 14oz can Coconut Milk
  • cups (350ml) Water
  • Pinch of salt

  • Add the jasmine rice to a pot and cover with water and coconut milk. Season with a pinch of salt and cover with a lid.
  • Bring the water to a boil and turn the heat down to a simmer. Let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes while stirring occasionally. Once the rice is nearly done remove it from the heat and set it aside to rest.
