Vegan Easy Hummus Wrap
This vegan easy hummus wrap is a super simple, 5-ingredients, delicious, protein packed and oh so tasty recipe. It’s one of my favorite easy and healthy lunch recipes for busy days, when I want a healthy and tasty meal that keeps me energized all day.
A part from being super easy to make – it barely takes 15 minutes – it’s a really healthy lunch option. Because it’s loaded with vegetable protein and packed full of vitamins and minerals, it’s a great vegan lunch option.
The creamy hummus not only tastes amazing, it also works as a binder, keeping the wrap together. Plus, hummus is loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals, so it’s a win-win. Add the spicy, smoky seitan and lots of parsley, and you get a wrap that’s loaded with amazing meaty textures and tons of delicious flavors. It’s so good, you need to try it.

Vegan protein
This easy hummus wrap is loaded with vegan protein. We all know the importance of protein, especially when we’re on a plant based diet. That’s why I always try to get a high amount of protein in every meal. This vegan wrap is loaded with protein in the form of hummus and seitan. Both are rich in high-quality protein and provides lots of energy as well as vitamins and minerals.
Seitan
You can use whatever type of seitan you prefer. I like to make my own seitan (find my easy seitan recipe here) but for a quicker option, you can always use storebought seitan – it’s just as good and you can season it however you like.
How to make this easy hummus wrap:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and pour in the sliced seitan. Season with smoked paprika, salt, chili and garlic powder and let it cook for a few minutes at medium high heat, while stirring occasionally.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside for later.
- Heat the tortillas as instructed on the package.
- Fill each tortilla with hummus, sliced cabbage, seitan and top it with parsley. Eat right away or wrap them up and take with you to go.

- 2 Tortillas Beetroot or your preferred type
- 4 tbsp Hummus
- ½ cup Cabbage Thinly sliced
- ½ cup Seitan Sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
