These little green vegan energy bites are a small slice of heaven. They are not only filled with flavour but also jam packed with nutrients.
Matcha Tea Energy Bites are an ideal healthy midday snack, as well as a great after-workout pick-me-up. And they are super quick and easy to make.
It’s no secret, that I have a serious sweet tooth, but I also do my best to “try” to be healthy – most of the time anyway.
That’s why I’m crushing hard om energy bites. I adore these little heavenly mouthfuls – especially, lnowing that they are a guiltfree pleasure.
If you’re like me, your energy level drops every few hours. That’s why I always like to have these ready. Otherwise I end up gorging on chocolate and ice cream (or anything else that’s easily available).
It only takes 10-15 minutes to make these, and they are great to take on the road.
Matcha Tea Energy Bites
- 1/2 Cup pitted Medjool Dates
- 1/2 Cup Pistachio Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Matcha Tea
- Blend everything together in a food processor. Divide into 12 equal chunks, and roll into balls. Roll the bites in Matcha tea, and store in the refrigerator.
