  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried basil)
  • 1 tsp thyme, or Italian spice blend 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional but delicious)
  • 1 Large Egg, lightly whisked – or 1 flax egg for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or coconut oil (optional but adds extra moisture)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons chickpea flour or corn starch 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs – or Almond Flour for gluten free option 
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Optional extra: 4 oil packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped (added to the mixture in the food processor)
