Instructions
- Preheat to 400F.
- Rinse the zucchinis and cut them into ½ inch slices. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet covered in baking parchment.
- Spread tomato pure over the zucchinis. Season with salt, oregano and basil. Place a slie of olives on each zicchini slice (optional).
- Next, top the zicchini pizza slices generously with shredded cheese and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini pizzas are golden brown on top.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil and enjoy.

- 7-10 Sliced Black Olives Optional
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Dried Basil
