Oven Roasted Olives (delicious vegan snacks)
These delicious Oven Roasted Olives are a mouthwatering thing of beauty. They are incredibly easy to make (as I’m sure you had already guessed by the name) and they are loaded with flavours. Made simply with olives, olive oil and seasoning, these oven roasted heavenly mouthfuls are amazing as a salad topping or with tapas. They can also be added to sandwiches, wraps and as toppings to dinners. Yum.
Because these addictive olive snacks are actually healthy, I like to make a bowl whenever I feel like snacking. That way I can eat snacks all day without feeling guilty…and I know the healthy omega fatty acids we get in olives are actually good for me.

What kind of olives should I use?
I like to use green olives, but any type of olives will work in this recipe. Black olives have a lovely deep flavour and green olives are a little bit more zingy. Both work amazing in this recipe, so feel free to use any type you prefer (or already have in your home).

- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Add the drained olives to a mixing bowl and mix together with olive oil and all the rest of the ingredients. Pour the olives and seasonings onto the lined baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
- Bake the olives in the middle of the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the olives are roasted and golden on the outside. Remove from the oven and allow the olives to cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

- 1 can Olives Drained
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 3 tsp Dried Rosemary
- Pinch of Chili Powder
