What can I use if I’m allergic to nuts?

If you are allergic to nuts you can simply replace them with any type of crunchy seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or even toasted sesame seeds.

You can also replace the almonds with any other type of nut that you know you aren’t allergic to. The nuts in this salsa add extra crunch and healthy omega fatty acids, but they can also be left out completely if you prefer.
